User Responsibilities and Prohibitions

Payment & MYR Transaction Information

All transactions on the bosspay99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment methods, including Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX (online banking).

Bosspay99 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment service providers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, are subject to change and will be communicated through the platform as needed.

Any withdrawal attempt that does not meet account verification requirements will be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. bosspay99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request additional documentation if there is reasonable suspicion of suspicious financial activity.

Deposited funds for wagering purposes do not accrue any interest. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are stated separately and can be found on the relevant pages within the platform.

Liability Limits and Account Policy

Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of legitimate account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user after a review process is completed. Funds associated with a breach of these terms are not eligible for return.
